Role Overview
We are hiring a Video & Creative Designer (2–3 years’ experience) to own and execute high-conversion creative assets across performance marketing channels. This position integrates creative development with consumer insight and marketing effectiveness
You will be responsible for translating product value into compelling visual narratives that drive measurable outcomes such as clicks, engagement, and purchases. From crafting thumb-stopping video hooks to designing high-performing static creatives, your work will directly influence campaign performance across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
The ideal candidate understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch, and convert. You think in iterations, test aggressively, and continuously refine creatives based on performance data. Understanding fundamental UX & Design principles will help in making practical improvements to landing pages experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Editing & Paid Creative Production
- Create high-performing video ads tailored for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
- Edit diverse formats including UGC-style videos, reels, product demos, testimonials, and problem-solution narratives
- Apply advanced editing techniques — strong hooks, captions, pacing, transitions, color grading, and sound design — to maximize retention and conversion
- Produce multiple variations of creatives to support diverse campaign needs and audience segments
- Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements including aspect ratios, formats, and audience behavior patterns
2. Graphic Design & Static Creative Execution
- Design scroll-stopping static ads, carousels, banners, and product creatives with clear visual hierarchy and strong CTAs
- Create platform-specific assets for paid social, search ads, and website placements while maintaining brand consistency
- Balance adherence to brand guidelines with experimentation — exploring layouts, messaging, and visual styles to identify high-performing variants
- Ensure fast turnaround of pixel-perfect creatives without compromising quality
3. Conversion Optimization & UX Thinking
- Analyze user behavior and conversion patterns to identify friction points across landing pages and product pages
- Recommend improvements in layout, CTA placement, content hierarchy, and visual flow
- Collaborate with product and design teams to test and validate UX improvements
- Approach creative work with a performance mindset — every design decision should support conversion outcomes
Required Skills
Experience
Video Editing & Production
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of codecs, formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific video requirements
- Hands-on expertise in color grading, audio mixing, captions, motion graphics, and effects
- Ability to edit for performance — not just aesthetics
Graphic Design & Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly and consistently
Performance Marketing & Conversion Mindset
- Understanding of conversion psychology and how creative influences user behavior
- Familiarity with ad hooks, storytelling frameworks, and persuasive design principles
- Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and landing page best practices
