Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Content Creator who is proficient in the latest tools and trends to create high-quality images and videos for both D2C brands and corporate clients.
This role goes beyond design – we want someone who understands what works on social media and why.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual content (images + videos) for: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
- Design and edit short-form videos (Reels, Ads, Product Content)
- Develop creative static posts, carousels, and brand creatives
- Create content for: D2C brands & Corporate clients
- Stay updated with latest tools, trends, formats, and viral content styles
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align content with campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and visual storytelling across platforms
- Stay updated with viral trends, audio, formats, and competitor content
Required Skills & Tools
- Create high-performing video ads tailored for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
- Edit diverse formats including UGC-style videos, reels, product demos, testimonials, and problem-solution narratives
- Apply advanced editing techniques — strong hooks, captions, pacing, transitions, color grading, and sound design — to maximize retention and conversion
- Produce multiple variations of creatives to support diverse campaign needs and audience segments
- Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements including aspect ratios, formats, and audience behavior patterns
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- o Video Editing: CapCut or any Latest Video Editing Tools
- o Design Tools: Canva / Figma or any Latest Image Editing Tools
- Understanding of: Social media formats, hooks, captions, and storytelling
- Basic understanding of digital marketing & social media analytics
- Mindset that focuses on Content that performs, not just content that looks good
