Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in hiring, onboarding processes, and HR documentation. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure smooth HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing & selection
• Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements
• Post jobs on job portals, social media & internal networks
• Conduct HR interviews & salary negotiations
• Manage candidate communication & interview scheduling
• Maintain recruitment databases and weekly hiring dashboards
• Support campus hiring and internship programs
HR Operations:
• Support onboarding & induction processes for new employees
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS systems
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and background checks
• Assist in employee engagement events & internal communication
• Support payroll inputs and attendance management coordination
• Manage employee queries and provide HR support
• Assist in performance appraisal coordination and compliance documentation
Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools & sourcing channels
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Attention to detail with good coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of Labour Laws and HR compliance (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office / HRIS / Applicant Tracking Systems
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR Management or Business Administration
• HR internship or prior HR experience required
